Stunning, newer home in the Desert Princess Golf Resort, a gated vacation paradise located just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. Spacious, open floor plan with mountain views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and pool area. Covered outdoor dining. BBQ. Gourmet kitchen. 3 comfortable en-suite bedrooms. This is the type of home where you can sit back, put your feet up and not worry about a thing!

This spacious, freestanding home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. Glass doors let the light pour in and reveal the sun-drenched pool yard. It has all the amenities you would expect including a beautiful gourmet kitchen, a gas fireplace, 65" flatscreen TV in the living room, and moveable walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

The home has a spacious yard with a saltwater pool (12'x24') with a tanning shelf, perfect for lounging in the water with your favorite cocktail. The yard also has an integrated waterfall spa, plenty of poolside lounge chairs, a covered outdoor dining pavilion and BBQ grill, plus absolutely stunning mountain views.

The 3 deluxe bedroom suites have been beautifully styled and each feature an en-suite bathroom, a hotel quality mattress, a 50" flatscreen TV and ample storage. The primary suite has a king bed and the second and third suites have queen beds. There is also a half bath off the great room.

The Desert Princess Resort features a 27-hole golf course designed by David Rainville, 9 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, basketball, horseshoes, a full-service spa, and a large Clubhouse with upscale restaurant, public bar, golf pro shop, meeting rooms and recreation and fitness center. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the amenities for a fee.

Per Cathedral City Short-Term Vacation Rental Ordinance: No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded. Though, you are responsible for any overages.
**The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of a pet fee. No other animals are allowed.

The house is lovely, even nicer than the pictures. Clean and high spec, everything you could need, lovely gated community. I spent months choosing a rental property for our weeks stay, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend and would stay again. A month in Palm Springs

Lovely home. Beautiful setting. Great walking trails. Only concern would be for older folks who could use grab bars in the bathroom—esp the master. We did buy a suction bar for the shower but those won’t work on paint. Otherwise wonderful spot. Kitchen has EVERYTHING!

Perfect property!

Perfect getaway

This 3 bedroom home was perfect, great area for walking, friendly neighbors and the home was equipped with everything that you might need or want. We arrived after only booking the home 24 hrs earlier and the rental group (Altamira) had it ready for us like we had booked months ago. It was clean, organized and not missing a thing. I am hard pressed to find any negative items to speak about.

Fantastic weekend !

I have some suggestions but they are only a matter of preference. This home is beautiful. The detail in decor lets you know that you were thought of before you ever booked. The views of the mountain, moon and stars were just wonderful. This home has every utensil you can think of. I was really surprised to find a potato masher. And the management team were really great. There were a few issues that are not even worth mentioning, because the team immediately responded and either took care of it on their end or walk me thru it. They are so nice! And it doesn't matter who you talk too. They all work as a team and pick up where the other left off. We were able to uber into town. Only a few minutes away. And being in a gated community was great! This is definitely our desert Vacae Home. Some suggestions I have: -The AC rule of not going under 74 is a bit rough for the desert. We woke up and the house was really muggy. So we were uncomfortable the first night as I do not like to leave windows open while I sleep. Thank you so much for lowering it the next day. 68 was perfect for us. -Add a chair or bench for the bedrooms - there is no where to sit and the bed is alittle high when trying to put shoes on. -Stool for bathroom and shower and a handicap bar would be helpful to those needing assistance - I did bring in the stool from the kitchen island to the shower and bathroom, as I was in a wheelchair. -There seem to be alot of flies in the desert during the day. It was abit uncomfortable laying out. I suggest adding lovely smelling fly deterrents. It is said they don't like the smell of lemongrass or lavender and eucalyptus. Anything you could hang in the outside areas would make the pool experience a bit nicer. Thank you so much for sharing this home with us! The Selvey's
