Thanks to its central position guests can easily reach on foot the shops in Via Etnea, the traditional fish market, the lively bars on the baroque Via Crociferi, as well as all the monuments, churches and tourist attractions of this city of art.

The apartment is tastefully furnished, it is characterized by cozy and stylish interiors, decorated with great attention to detail and equipped with all mod cons. The large entrance leads to a bright living room, two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms; while on the upper floor we find the kitchen and a guest bathroom. All rooms have access to the terraces.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
Early departure: € 30,00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Tourist tax: 3.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, maximum 4 nights, to pay at booking
