Mamma Teresa is a holiday home for 4 guests for holidays in Castro, a beautiful town by the sea in Salento. The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue,

The
entrance of the holiday home Mamma Teresa is lower than the street
level: it is accessible from the stairs that take to the exclusive
garden. In the 100-square-meter garden, which is partly paved,
there are flowerbeds and a gazebo, an outdoor dining area with barbecue,
porch swing and outdoor sitting area.
The holiday home opens into a large kitchen
with dining area, open kitchen and tv. The corridor takes to the
sleeping area which consists of 1 bedroom with sofa and access to the
garden, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and 1 twin bedroom. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower.
 
The surroundings of Mamma Teresa
The
apartment Mamma Teresa is in a private street in Castro, 100
meters away from the sea. The sea is accessible from a narrow street
which the apartment is named after. Moreover, the holiday home is within
walking distance from the main amenities.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the double bedroom.
- The holiday home is on a steep street which arrives at the sea.
