Casa Leuca is set on the ground floor of a historic 19th-century villa that has remained in the same family for generations, it covers over 180 square meters and was totally renovated in the 2023
The property features a spacious living and dining area, adorned with traditional ‘star and barrel’ vaulted ceilings. Accommodating 8 to 10 guests, it offers five elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. IMPORTANT: Please note that Casa Leuca is completely independent, ensuring full privacy. The villa’s first floor is not available for rent, as it is used by the owner. It has a completely separate entrance, and no spaces are shared.
