The
villa is divided into two unit: the main two-floor unit and the
outbuilding. Villa Allegra is surrounded by a lush and well-kept garden,
with many plants and Mediterranean scrub and it is accessible from the
electric gate which takes to the parking area and stone driveway and
from a manual gate by the outbuilding. 
The solarium area by the swimming pool is furnished with beach beds and umbrellas. The infinity pool
is surrounded by the green vegetation and it`s embellished by the
breathtaking view on the sea and the harbor of Leuca. Moreover, there
are 3 outdoor showers, a covered dining area and a seating area with
view on the sea.

Villa Allegra is on two floors. The ground floor opens into a large living room with view on the swimming pool and the sea. There are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, one of which with terrace on the pool and a twin bedroom with bunk bed and ensuite bathroom. Moreover, there is the kitchen and laundry area.
The
upper floor is accessible from the stairs in the living room and it
consists of a corridor with fridge in the recess, 1 bathroom with
shower, 2 double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom and balcony while the other has access to the terrace with view on the sea.
The outbuilding was furnished with attention to details and introduced by a porch. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed and 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Villa
Allegra is in a panoramic residential area of Santa Maria di Leuca. The
sanctuary Finibus Terrae and the most southern lighthouse in Italy are 1
kilometer away from the villa. The city centre of Leuca with its
harbor, beach establishments, eclectic villas, restaurants and other
amenities is 1,5 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Only small pets admitted.
- Animals cannot strictly climb onto the beds, sofas and loungers of the pool.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 180 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
