Villa Puntala is a single-storey elengant villa set in a pine forest just 700 m from the beach in the Maremma region of southern Tuscany. Designed for comfort and relaxation, it offers spacious living areas with travertine marble floors, large windows and five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the garden. The shaded terrace and pergola are well furnished for dining and outdoor living, and the 16-metre saltwater pool is surrounded by verdant lawns and lush vegetation. The villa is within easy reach of Cala Violina, Castiglione della Pescaia and other coastal spots, with riding stables and a golf club just a short drive away.

Interior:
The villa covers approximately 300 sqm on a single level, with French doors providing direct access to the garden from every room. GROUND FLOOR – Spacious living room with two sitting areas, dining table, ornamental fireplace and access to the terrace; kitchen with access to the pergola, barbecue area and laundry room; guest bathroom; three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with joinable beds, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Park:
The villa is surrounded by 2,000 sqm of private garden within the Punta Ala pine forest. The lawned garden is bordered by tall pittosporum hedges and shaded by mature holm oaks, cypresses and arbutus trees, with flowering shrubs and aromatic plants around the pool and relaxation areas. The terrace and pergola are furnished for outdoor dining and lounging.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The pool is situated in the centre of the garden, approximately 5 m from the villa and directly in front of the terrace. Rectangular in shape; measures 16 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 m; lined with light-coloured PVC; access via a Roman staircase with three steps and a shallow entry area; saltwater purification system; internal lighting activates automatically at dusk. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
