Central part (common area): there are 3 rooms of about 100 meters each one with layered wood, with large windows, on the ground floor.

In the first compartment there are a large living room with sofa, TV and music listening.

In the second compartment there are a large bar with sofas, a kitchen equipped for large families with industrial appliances and washing area separated from the kitchen and oven.

In the third compartment there are a large dining room for 40 people.

Large structure composed of 5 apartments linked together but that can be independent if required.

3 apartments consist of a double / twin bedroom, a living room and a bathroom.

1 apartment with two double / twin rooms and a bathroom

1 attic apartment with two double bedrooms and 2 double / twin rooms and two bathrooms.

Small structure composed of 4 equal and independent apartments with bedroom / double, bathroom, living room and kitchen.

The sofa bed are in the sitting room of the apartments.
