Villa Stefanina, a gem of modernity and comfort, is located in the renowned area of Castiadas, surrounded by nature and just a few kilometers from the beautiful Cala Sinzias beach. This recently constructed villa, covering about 150 square meters, is spread over three levels and represents the perfect blend of modernity and functionality. The raised ground floor features an independent entrance that opens onto a bright living room furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, a small fireplace, and an ultra-modern, fully-equipped kitchenette, perfect for gathering and sharing the joy of cooking.
The rooms, spread between the raised ground floor and the basement, offer intimate spaces whose details recall the Sardinian tradition revisited in a modern key. The two double rooms on the raised ground floor and the single room, with its pull-out bed, overlook the well-kept private garden, while the rooms in the basement (two double rooms and one single room with a pull-out bed), although lacking direct light, open onto light wells enriched with sculptures that narrate the sea of Sardinia, transforming every awakening into a unique experience. The villa also has an additional furnished space, with a second kitchenette, ideal for hosting groups and enjoying evenings of complete relaxation, without disturbing the quiet of the sleeping areas.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with ancient olive trees and cork oaks, creating an oasis of peace and tranquility. At the heart of this lush green space lies a beautiful private pool (opening on 1st April 2025), perfect for refreshing dips and relaxation under the Sardinian sun. The porch, offering a sea view on the horizon, is equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers, making it the ideal spot to enjoy the island’s mild climate. The masonry BBQ area promises unforgettable evenings under the starlit sky.
With every comfort designed for the utmost well-being, including an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and private parking, Villa Stefanina is more than just a villa: it's a daydream, an escape from the ordinary, a refuge where time seems to stand still and every moment spent becomes a precious memory.
The management of the house has been entrusted to the team of Sardinia Chic, a company specialized in tourist accommodation, whose goal is to offer its guests a unique experience. However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.
Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome.
Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member.
For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm . All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.
The Contract
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.
Deposit
The refundable deposit of € 600,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.
Local Council Tax
The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. Please note that Castiadas council is applying a local stay tax, starting from € 1,00 per person per night (children under 10 years old are excluded). The tax concerned, for stays from the 1st of June until the 30th of September, has to be settled directly by the Guest to the properties, has to be settled directly by the Guest to the Property Manager Agency, and must be paid in cash during check-in operations.
**Pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed in this property at no additional charge, excluding breeds considered dangerous. The presence of a pet must be declared at the time of booking, specifying its weight and breed. This information is a mandatory condition for acceptance.
