Interior:
The villa is on one floor, divided into two units, with an additional annex. MAIN UNIT - Open-plan living area with living room, dining room and kitchen, overlooking the veranda and pool. ADJACENT UNIT - Hallway with panoramic window; two double bedrooms (one with divisible bed), each with ensuite bathroom with shower and views of olive trees and bamboo. External room with washing machine. ANNEX - Accessible via the garden in a few steps; French door entrance with three steps; double bedroom; bathroom with shower.

Park:
The property is surrounded by a lush garden, where the greenery of the plants blends with the crystal-clear blue of the pool. Palms, olive trees, bamboo, and water lilies provide shade; bougainvillea adds an exotic touch. A small path leads to a breakfast area under a pergola with a stone table. The grounds include a parking area and a room with a washing machine.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The infinity pool is located on the same level as the villa, just a few steps away. Rectangular shape; dimensions 8 x 4 m with depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 m; Roman steps for access; saltwater purification; pool terrace with sun loungers, adorned with exotic plants; seating area in the adjacent veranda. Soft lighting around the pool for evening use. Open from the first Saturday of April to the last Saturday of October.
