Villa Del Golfo is a modern property with private swimming pool, located halfway between Trapani and Palermo. Positioned in a high landscape area it offers views across the coast of Castellamare del Golfo and is the ideal place for discovering the Western Sicily such as the medieval town of Erice, the beautiful city centres of Trapani and Marsala with its saltworks and ancient mills, the Greek sites of Segesta, Selinunte and many others.

PLEASE NOTE: The villa has a video surveillance system intended only for the external areas, mainly used in the winter period. The cameras will remain turned off during the period in which guests' stay.

The villa develops over two levels and 220 sq.m

On the ground floor we find living area with a modern and well equipped kitchen and with table and chairs for dining. On this same floor we a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one other separate bathroom with shower.

On the first floor we have three bedrooms: one of them with double bed and with large balcony offering stunning sea views and en-suite bathroom with shower; the other two are triple with one double bed plus one single bed each. On this same floor we have one other bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers an ample covered terrace equipped with dining table and chairs for al-fresco meals, with stunning sea views on one side and mountain views to the other. There is a private swimming pool (6x3m; 1.4m deep; open from May 1st to middle October) equipped with sun loungers.

Facilities: air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, gas barbecue, TV, microwave, kettle (not electric), moka coffee maker, toaster, oven, iron, hairdryer, parking for up to 6 cars, fridge, freezer. No pets allowed.
