Casa Cassiodoro C is a welcoming apartment surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Castelfiorentino, where you will find shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles).
Casa Cassiodoro C is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps.
To stay at Casa Cassiodoro C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Casa Cassiodoro C is along a 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

The complex was once a small village, typical of the Tuscan countryside. It is situated in the middle of an area which covers 50 hectares of land, cultivated with grapevines and olive groves.


Here you will find four stone buildings which have been renovated into holiday homes. A large garden and a swimming pool will be available for you.


Three of the buildings have been separated into eight apartments, they are close to each other and near the swimming pool. The other building has one apartment only (Casa Cassiodoro A) and it is about 400 metres from the shared pool.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the street level going down approximately six stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the valley. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include two sofas. There is a fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small green area at the back of the house through a French door. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two windows.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub.
