The space
Our newer construction cabin is located in the heart of Southwest Michigan on 100ft of lake frontage. This is an 800 square ft home but it packs an aesthetic and functional punch in its modern open concept with plentiful amenities. The space accommodates 5 people plus an infant.
The home is furnished with one queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a queen American Leather Brand sleeper sofa with the patented Tiffany 24/7 extending mechanism (check the interwebs…. this is not your grandmother’s sleeper sofa), and a twin-sized futon.

In the large eat-in kitchen with an island, you'll find dining ware for 8 and all the pots, pans, serving dishes, and amenities to cook a grand meal. The dining table seats 6.

The living room is furnished with 2 couches and an armchair that seats 7-8 comfortably and features a smart flat-screen tv where you will have access to multiple streaming apps (Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Apple TV, and Prime Video). The warmest and most beautiful fireplace warms your body and soul on a winter day in our home. Our Wifi uses 1 Gig service that should meet all your streaming and work-from-home needs.

Our back patio is furnished with a dining table and lakefront view.

In the house, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like an iron, blow dryer, towels, toiletries, etc.
For the lake, you will have use of two paddleboards, a kayak, and life jackets. For snowy days, we have sleds and snowshoes. Also, you can bring your own boat or rent one right on our lake from a third party.
In the Yard: We provide a volleyball and badminton set, bocce ball set, and croquet set in our garage so that you can have loads of active fun when you are not in the beautiful clear water.

This home is so adorable and functional and will meet your practical and fun having needs. If you stay with us once, you will be sure to come back.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the garage, back patio and 100 ft of lake frontage, and the dock.

But the Beyond City Limits experience gives you access to so much more….

Summer: All the lake things: kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing. Fruit Picking: strawberries (June), blueberries, raspberries, cherries and apricots (July), peaches (early August), pears & plums (late August)
Fall: Come for the colorful leaves, stay for the wine tasting. Golfing, hiking, and fruit picking: apples and pumpkins (September and October)
Winter: Skiing (18 mins), Sledding (10 minutes), Snowy Romantic Getaways.
Spring: Golfing, Hiking
Other things to note
In an effort to maintain secure premises, the cabin is equipped with exterior ring cameras in the front only. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with each cleaning.
