Relax in the comfort of an indoor pool hot tub & sauna for year-round enjoyment. There`s plenty of space to unwind. Game room area with a large screen TV. Pickle ball court, cornhole volleyball, frisbee golf & outdoor firepit

Additional Sleeping in front room cubby. Includes 2 Daybeds that can be used as 4 twin beds or convert into 2 king beds. Bedroom #6 has a daybed that is either 2 twin beds or converts into a king
Pool House Rules
1. No parties or events
2. Unregistered guest our prohibited on the property, in the pool or hot tub. (There are 2 exterior ring cameras- one on the pool house entrance & one by the main entry)
3. No smoking or vaping
4. No pets allowed
5. No eating or drinking in bedrooms or furniture (water only)
6. No commercial use without approval
7. There are no refunds on internet service outage. We will refund up to $50 per day if there is an issue with the pool and or hot tub that cant be addressed within 6 hours.
8. Do not adjust pool heater (extra charge for not adhering to this rule)
9. No mail allowed to be delivered to guest at the property
10. No moving furniture.
11. Return everything that is used back to its original place.
12. Excessive use of gas, electricity or water will result in additional charges
13. No glass outside or in the Pool house area.
14. Please keep all doors with signs closed. (The air conditioner is not part of the back area and will not cool the rest of the house efficiently if the doors are left open and pool doors are to be closed for the safety of all guest)
15. Temperature is set so the furnace and air conditioner work efficiently ( Please do not set the air under 72 degrees or the heat above 74 degrees)
16. All guest must register and sign a waiver to use the pool and hot tub for themselves and any minor children & no unregistered guest are allowed on the premises or pool area. 17. Guest must be a minimum age of 28 to book the property.
