The home features 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and island seating, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and beautiful lake views. Step outside to relax on the deck, grill meals, or gather around the fire-pit under the stars. A game room with ping pong and foosball adds fun for all ages.

Bring your boat and use the private dock for easy lake access. Dog- friendly and equipped with Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and modern comforts for a relaxing stay.

Just 1 mile from Casco Village and close to Raymond, Naples, and Windham for shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. In fall, enjoy peaceful foliage views and leaf peeping. Winter season offers ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross- country skiing, and nearby Shawnee Peak skiing- only 30 minutes away.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: - Guests are welcome to bring their boat and keep it at the dock. The dock can accommodate a 24" pontoon, no problem.

- Guests should be aware that Parker Pond is a small lake (3/4 of a mile in length) with limited space for skiing and tubing.

- Guests should be respectful of neighbors and other watercraft at all times. Maine boating regulations prohibit creating a wake (I believe) within 100 feet of the shoreline.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
