The Villa nell'Isola Verde is a spacious hilly villa surrounded by six hectares of olive groves, fruit trees and aromatic herbs, with a wide view of the medieval village of Lari. With a capacity of up to twelve guests, the interiors combine Tuscan materials with Nordic elements and decorative details inspired by Asia and Africa, reflecting the owners' origins and travels. The distribution of the spaces includes six double bedrooms and seven bathrooms on two levels, with French windows in every room on the ground floor that open directly onto the garden. A yoga room offers an indoor space dedicated to practice, while outdoor areas invite relaxation or outdoor meals under the porch. Located along the Pisan Hills Wine Route, the villa is in an ideal position to easily reach beaches, spas and art cities such as Pisa, Lucca and Volterra.

The villa is spread over two floors. GROUND FLOOR — Open space living area with kitchen and fireplace; bathroom with hydromassage shower and washing machine connected to a double bedroom; yoga room. All rooms on this floor have direct access to the garden. FIRST FLOOR — Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub; additional four double bedrooms; three bathrooms (one with shower, one with jacuzzi, one with hydromassage shower); panoramic terrace. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by six hectares of partially fenced land, cultivated with olive trees, figs, fruit trees and aromatic herbs. The elevated position offers an open view of the town of Lari and the surrounding countryside, with the Apennines in the background. A flat garden surrounds the house and has a porch with a stone table and chairs. A wood-burning oven and a barbecue are nearby. The property has a private well for irrigation and uses photovoltaic and thermal systems for energy and hot water. Access is through a manual gate, video surveillance and a private driveway that leads to the parking area next to the house, with space for six cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located laterally from the villa, in a slightly raised position, surrounded by trees and overlooking the valley. It measures 10 x 5 m with a depth of 1.20 to 1.50 m; it is purified with chlorine and accessible via a Roman staircase; it is equipped with an electric cover, an outdoor shower with cold water and a solarium area equipped with sun loungers. The pool is open all year round.
