Great neighborhood and location!

Erway 70th Birthday Celebration/Reunion

The property was very nice! The furnishings throughout the home were top notch and very comfortable. As a family of 4 couples it was very nice having king sized beds in each bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything imaginable. There were tons of extra towels, along with make/up wash cloths that all the women loved enough that we all ordered them from Amazon! Nice touch! Reginald was a terrific host, we highly recommend this property.

Amazing place!!

This place is over the top amazing!! Plenty of space for all of us and a wonderful backyard! We spent the majority of our time outside in the back enjoying the sitting area, grilling and of course the pool! We highly recommend this place!!!!!

Wonderful stay.

The house was perfect. Clean and has every amenity you could think of. From First aid kits to batteries , tools , tape 
.. the furniture is so Comfortable and the house is decorated perfect. Reginald was available for any question we had. Awesome. Next year we know where we are going to stay!

Great location and spacious home

The overall rating for this home is higher than a 4 star. We had a wonderful time. This is a very Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped home. Location was great for grocery shopping, pickleball courts and restaurants. Backyard living space and pool were awesome. If I could give Reginald a higher than a 5 star, I would
he was very responsive and great to deal with. We will rent again.

This trip was with friends to celebrate our 55th class reunion from high school. This was our 2nd time renting this home and it is just as beautiful and clean as the first time we rented. The bonus is the pool and back yard are perfect. We would definitely rent again.

Clean and Comfortable

Upon entering the house, we immediately felt at home. This house is very clean, and most definitely comfortable. We were able to cook many meals, as rhe kitchen was well equipped. Dining by the pool was lovely, as the backyard area has lovely landscaping. The beds are all King size with the most comfortable mattresses. Our family felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood. Our host, Reginald was very responsive with any of our text messages. Staying in Casa Grande is awesome, as you are between Phoenix and Tucson. We were able to enjoy hiking in the Sabino canyon, Apache Junction, and Mt Lemon. We enjoyed Bisbee, golfing, Odysea aquarium, and San Xvaier del Bac Mission. Shopping was awesome at Desert Honeys in Florence and 4th Ave in Tucson. Be sure to check out the Arizona Native shop and the Neon Museum in Casa Grande So many great restaurants too!!! You will love staying at this home!!

Everything was awesome!

Absolutely zero complaints for our stay at this awesome VRBO! Super clean, organized, well supplied, spacious, great owner communication, quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants/shopping. It was really great to have the five bedrooms, ALL with king size beds for our adult family group. Wonderfull common spaces for everyone to gather yet enough private areas for each of us to have our own space too. Beautiful backyard, pool/patio area to soak up some of that AZ sun! Thanks very much!

Wonderful property for adults. Description was accurate regarding bedrooms. If pool would have been heated, it would be a 5 star property. Pool was just too cold to use. Would definitely rent again if our group was only adults.

First off we loved our stay at this very nice house. The location of the house was helpful for shopping and dining. and there was plenty of room for 7 of us, with one more bedroom not used.. The property was very clean inside and outside and the Christmas tree was beautiful. We hope to plan another trip next year and would love to stay here again.

Reginald's place is easily one of the best I've ever stayed in. I booked it for a work trip for myself and crew. It worked out great. Everyone had their own space to rest and relax when off duty. Super clean place. Stocked full of amenities. Well thought out extra touches. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If you want to have a family getaway, this property is the absolute best pick my family has ever done! I would rebook this property again. The communication with the owner was always quick in returning information. The place has everything you need to be your home away from home. First Arizona Visit
