This beautifully modernised penthouse apartment based conveniently in the centre of the Bellaluz community offers a fantastic base within La Manga Club and the surrounding Mar Menor.



Modernised and furnished to a high standard, this apartment offers the perfect space to relax and enjoy the Spanish sun and wonderful views of the Mar Menor from its solarium.



Guests have access to the communal pool, a short distance from Bellaluz Square with a selection of bars, restaurants and shops.



Step into this modern penthouse apartment and be greeted by a wonderful open-plan living and kitchen area with direct access to the patio which offers phenomenal sea views of the Mar Menor below. Furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV, and equipped with air conditioning, this space provides a comfortable retreat.
