Our property is the perfect destination for multigenerational families looking to connect and bond. An expansive 5-acre property, with plenty of space for everyone to gather and create lasting memories.

Our focus on family connection sets us apart from other vacation properties. We understand the importance of spending quality time with loved ones and have designed our property to facilitate just that. From outdoor games and activities to cozy indoor spaces, there is something for everyone.

Our craftsman style rancher`s open floor plan offers plenty of room to gather, relax, and entertain. The large kitchen is equipped with plenty of counter space and seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Eat at our country style indoor dining table or step outside through the 20 ft expansive glass folding doors that open up to the pool area and share the meal on our 14 ft outdoor dining table.

The bedrooms are all cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect place to rest after a day by the pool or a day of exploring the area. We have 6 bedrooms to choose from, 4 of which we are able to rent at one time, allowing you to choose which 4 bedrooms suit your group the best. We have a maximum occupancy of 10 which we strictly enforce.

A day at the pool can be the perfect way to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. Start the day by setting up camp in your favorite spot, complete with chairs, towels, and a few pool toys. With the sun shining and the water sparkling, take a dip and cool off with a refreshing swim. Take some time to float around on a floatie and soak up some rays!

If you’re feeling competitive, challenge your family and friends to a game of Marco Polo. For a more laid-back afternoon, break out a good book, or grab a snack and relax in the shade. Finish off the day with a BBQ and a few rounds of cards or sit around the outdoor fireplace making smores. By the end of the day, you’ll be sure to have made plenty of memories and had a great time with your loved ones.

For more fun we`ve got a large games room with ping pong, basketball, air-hockey, foosball, shuffleboard and a poker table. It`s sure to bring a smile to faces of youngsters and adults alike.

Enjoy Okanagan lifestyle with nearby wineries, golf, tennis, pickleball, biking, hiking, paddleboarding, boating and two blocks from the lake. Only a 10 minute drive to Predator Ridge Golf and five minutes to local wineries. Boat launches are 2 minutes from the property.

We have a 3 night minimum throughout the year. During summer months we have a 7 night minimum stay running Saturday to Saturday.

This is not a party house as we welcome families and matured renters only. We are unable to host weddings or events. We monitor noise levels with the use of a noise monitor which will send you a friendly reminder when things are a little loud.

To ensure everyone has a great experience, here are a few friendly guidelines:

Parties and Events: We love a good celebration, but to keep the atmosphere cozy for all our guests and neighbors, no parties or events are permitted during your stay.


Quiet Hours: To respect our lovely neighbors, we have outdoor quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and from 10 PM to 8 AM on Friday and Saturday. We ask that you keep outdoor music and noise to a minimum. Feel free to enjoy music and noise outdoors during other hours, just please keep it below the property line!

Booking Age: To ensure a responsible stay, our guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

We have a NO pet policy.

Parking: Please limit parking to a maximum of 8 vehicles on the property to keep things organized and accessible. Overnight street parking is not permitted.

No Smoking: Our home is a smoke-free zone. We kindly ask that you smoke outside, as any evidence of smoking inside may result in a minimum fine of $500.

Noise Monitoring: To maintain a peaceful environment, we use noise monitoring devices. Tampering with them will lead to immediate eviction and forfeit of any fees for unused nights or amenities.

Please note that we have an outdoor camera which monitors the driveway.
