Villa Puspo is a contemporary villa with a restored trullo annexe, set among olive groves in the countryside near Carovigno. Designed for modern comfort, the villa combines clean architectural lines with traditional features such as vaulted ceilings and dry-stone walls. All rooms are on one level, including a bright open-plan living and dining area with barrel ceiling and fireplace, four double bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The detached trullo houses an additional bedroom and bathroom. A shaded veranda with barbecue, wood oven and outdoor kitchen overlooks the pool and garden, which features succulents, fruit trees and citrus groves. Located just 20 minutes from the beaches of Torre Santa Sabina, the villa is well positioned for exploring the Itria Valley and visiting Ostuni, Cisternino and the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve.

Interior:
The property spans a villa and trullo annexe, arranged on one floor. VILLA – Open-plan living and dining area; kitchen; guest bathroom with laundry area; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; two single bedrooms; bathroom with shower; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and pool view. TRULLO – Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Park:
The property is surrounded by olive groves and enclosed by dry-stone walls. The grounds include fruit trees, a citrus grove, and a series of paved terraces and paths linking the house and trullo. A shaded veranda next to the pool is furnished with a dining table, built-in sofas, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, along with a practical outdoor kitchen. On the opposite side of the pool, a small terrace offers a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape. Private parking is available within the property.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The pool is located in the centre of the property, in front of the villa. Rectangular in shape; measures 10 x 4 m with a maximum depth of 1.80 m; lined with crystal-blue PVC; Roman steps for access; saltwater purification; internal and external lighting; hot-water shower. The pool is surrounded by a stone-paved sun terrace with sunbeds and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
