Villa La Linda is a luxury villa with infinity pool in Torre Guaceto. The villa with pool has an amazing view on the sea and it`s surrounded by the olive trees of Carovigno. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is equipped with accessories such as internet, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher and so much more. Pets are allowed. Diving into the beautiful pool with the feeling of swimming towards infinity: the time you`ll spend in the infinity pool of Villa La Linda will be memorable. The villa is entirely fenced by stone walls and
it`s framed by the olive trees. The 230-square-meter villa is divided
into two units connected by a 80-square-meter verandah.

The verandah by the pool
is furnished with comfortable beach beds and equipped with an outdoor
dining area, where you can relax in this beautiful area of Apulia. From
the porch, with kitchen and barbecue, you have access to the terrace with view on the sea. Every room is well furnished; the villa is equipped with internet connection and a large parking area.

The unique Apulian light shines on Villa La Linda
In this beautiful villa, everything was made with attention to light, such as the big windows with a panoramic view on the sea. The villa consists of two independent but adjacent units
and it`s brightened by the light and the excellent materials like the
stone and the white walls which harmoniously merge into one another.

The main unit consists
of a bright living room with large windows with view on the sea, the
habitable kitchen, the dining area, the sitting room with fireplace, 2
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every room has access to outside and the pool
and is equipped with curtains, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The
other unit is an independent apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The surroundings of Villa La Linda in Carovigno
Villa La Linda is in the green countryside that embellish Carovigno and it`s 3 kilometers away from the city centre and the sea. It`s 4 kilometers away fom the beautiful nature reserve of Torre Guaceto,
a true gem, with its beaches and its protected marine area. The villa
has an exceptional position: it`s on a hill, surrounded by a
12.000-square-meter olive grove. The main road is 5 minutes` drive away and it allows you to easily arrive at Brindisi or Bari airport.
Pool available from June to September.
 

 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available in August.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Property has two separate units.
- In one bedroom there is not air conditioning.
