The villa is wrapped in the charm of
centuries-old olive trees with green and silver foliage, has a beautiful
swimming pool with panoramic views of the nearby sea and lush

Next to the pool is a large furnished veranda for relaxing in the shade, dining and al fresco dining.
The interior of the luxury villa is well-kept, bright and cozy. The living area is furnished with an open kitchen and 1 double sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms. There is also a third bathroom in the hallway.
The
olive grove inside the property, from which a characteristic ancient
trullo also emerges, allows guests to get lost in long nature walks.

Panoramica di Puglia is a perfect villa for those who want a vacation
in the quiet and nature of Puglia, in the area called Piana degli ulivi,
pampered by all the comforts of a modern facility.
The villa is
located in the countryside of Carovigno, in the province of Brindisi,
just a few kilometers from the beaches of the Adriatic coast, and is
reached by a small road between olive trees and dry stone walls.
The
center of Carovigno with all services is just 3 km away. The nearest
bathing beaches are in Torre Santa Sabina and Savelletri, about 5 km
from the villa. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 300, payable on-site.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 54 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Water not drinkable.
- The structure can be reached via a dirt and unlit road. High chassis car rental is advisable.
- Isolated location.
- The third bathroom is for service.
