Set in a peaceful countryside road with no properties at sight, the Villa is the perfect place for those seeking tranquillity, natural beauty and the richness of the Apulian heritage.

The entire property is around 2 hectares and the land alternates between olive trees, fruit trees and native plants of the area.

The space is arranged over 2 floors, with a total of 5 charming bedrooms all with en-suite private bathroom. There are two master-bedrooms with king size beds on the second floor and three, on the bottom floor, with queen size beds. Each room has its own unique touch and all have windows overlooking the beautiful countryside and olive grove. Moreover, each room has integrated air conditioning. One of the bathrooms also has a delicious bathtub to soak in.

The common areas are characterised by high-vaulted ceilings that recall the ancient ways of building. There is a beautiful living room with a fire pit and comfortable lounging areas. Next to it, there is a dining area with a rustic and charming wooden table to enjoy meals together and connected to both the kitchen and the outdoor pool area.

The kitchen is brand new with professional and modern equipment perfect to cook your delicious meals. These include: a blender, coffee machine, citrus squeezer, dishwasher and more.

There is also a separate utility/laundry room and an extra service toilet. Wi-Fi is available all over the house, including the outdoor patio.

Here there is also a large and refreshing pool, perfect to cool down during the day or even have cold plunges in the winter months. Around the pool there are also sun beds to relax into and enjoy your book.

At the entrance of the property there is a parking area that can fit several cars.
