 is a beautiful luxury villa with swimming pool and lush garden in the countryside of Carovigno, 5 kilometers away from the beaches of the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto and the Adriatic coast. Pets are allowed.
The villa consists of two independent units and it accommodates up to 10 guests. The outdoor area is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor shower, parking and electric gate.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, floor heating, internet, washing machine, alarm system, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster oven, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets.

A villa in the countryside, characterized by the unique architectural charm of the Apulian rural houses, with swimming pool and the most modern accessories: Casa Diora promises a luxury holiday dedicated to your wellness.
The garden was designed with attention to details in order to guarantee the ideal outdoor area throughout the day. There are many plants that color the garden and create small oasis surrounded by nature.
The swimming pool is in the centre of the garden, surrounded by beach beds and umbrellas, a built-in gazebo with comfortable cushions and curtains, a barbecue and a typical dry-stone wall with two outdoor showers.

Casa Diora consists of two independent units with kitchen. The furniture and typical accessories make it unique and original.
The main unit is bigger and it consists of an open-space living room under star-vaulted ceiling and exposed tuff stones. Moreover, there are a dining room, a sitting room with a comfortable sofa, tv and fireplace, a modern kitchen with induction hob on island and large glass doors with access to the swimming pool and furnished porch with outdoor dining area.
The sleeping area in this unit consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are equipped with tv and air conditioning.
The outbuilding is at the end of a driveway that starts from the swimming poo, surrounded by vegetation. The second unit consists of a large living room with double sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The closest beaches are in the nature reserve Torre Guaceto, a WWF protected area which is worth discovering.
Carovigno is characterized by a lovely and worth-discovering old town centre, with cultural and architectural spots and the restaurants that offer typical farm-to-fork dishes.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Composed by two separate units.
- Pets allowed with extra charge for specific cleaning euro 50.
