Villa
Vela is a rare villa with pool just a stone`s throw from a small sandy
beach. In the large garden with parking space and lawn, the swimming
pool with solarium stands out to relax in total privacy.
Balconies
and terraces are furnished to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces in the
quiet residential area. There are, in addition, the barbecue for
grilling and the outdoor shower to cool off between a swim in the pool
and a dip in the very nearby Adriatic Sea.
The villa is on several levels.
On the ground floor the entrance is into a large living room with dining room, open kitchenette and shower room. The living room is air-conditioned.
From the living room, internal stairs lead to the second floor, where there are 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms
and a shower room. All rooms have small balconies, two of which have a
sea view. On this floor air conditioning is in the hallway.
Separated by a door in the living room start the stairs to the basement where there are 2 double bedrooms + 1 full shower room. The two rooms are blind. On this floor air conditioning is in the hallway.

Vela stands a few steps from a sandy cove along the coast of Torre
Santa Sabina on the sea of Carovigno. The location is characterized by
small beaches among low, accessible cliffs.
The nearest beach is Mezzaluna beach, just 750 meters away.
The
historic center of Carovigno with its architectural beauty and typical
taverns is a handful of kilometers away. The Torre Guaceto nature
reserve is also very close.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 30 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in hallways.
- Two bedrooms are on the basement floor.
