Guest will have access to the entire condo, community pool, outdoor showers and private walkway to the beach.

We have a wonderful local team of property managers, and cleaners to assist if any needs arise before or during your stay. We prefer you message through the app for a quicker response time. Phone calls, and text messages may be delayed.

THINGS TO NOTE:

➝ Toilet paper, paper towels, and additional home supplies provided. Longer stays may need to supplement additional paper products for larger groups.

➝ One parking pass is guaranteed and included with your reservation.

Parking Instructions: Parking pass required; 1 parking spot guaranteed, 2nd spot is first come, first serve. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking. There are public parking lots within walking distance of the condo. Rates are generally $5-6 per hour OR $25 per day. The town is very strict and will give out tickets so make sure to pay through the parking app for additional time.

➝ Per strict HOA rules, Golf carts are not permitted to be kept or left to charge on Carolina Surf Property.
