This 3rd floor walkup property is located at the North End of Carolina Beach very close to Freeman Park. Bring those furry friends and take them out on the beach to play. because "A Little Piece of Heaven" is dog friendly.

When you get to "A Little Piece of Heaven", you will first step onto the outdoor deck and go through the slider to enter the interior of the unit. Inside you will find yourself in the living/dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has everything needed for a meal together including the ease of an air fryer, a cute dining table is ready for service, and the sofa converts into a sleeper for the kiddos or extra guests. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bedroom has a Queen bed and private balcony where you will find the laundry closet. Want to save a bit of space traveling? Don't worry! There is also beach chairs and a wagon provided to make your beach days a breeze!

Carolina Beach has so many activities to keep the whole family entertained that you will want to keep coming back year after year. This is one of the few places in North Carolina that allows driving on the beach in summertime - you are allowed to drive on the North end beach at Freeman Park, if you have the city pass and a 4WD vehicle. You'll also be close to the pier for great fishing, a cool beverage, and perhaps some storytelling about the one that got away.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Stay Requirements: Minimum two night stay in any season.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. Parking spaces are unassigned.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.  
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
