This bright, airy unit offers privacy, comfort, and an open floor plan designed for easy coastal living. The modern living are features a well equipped kitchen with counter-height seating, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with a Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, along with the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The bedroom offers a comfortable bed dressed in fresh, crisp linens. Additional sleeping options include a twin bed in the living area and a sleeper sofa, making the space flexible for small families or friends traveling together.

Enjoy free high-speed WiFi, an in-unit laundry area, and a welcoming living space designed for relaxation. Step onto the private balcony to take in beautiful ocean views. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Sea Colony Condominiums is a peaceful beachfront community offering private beach access just steps from the building. Guests also have access to the community pool and shared BBQ grills, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and gathering with loved ones. With its prime location and inviting amenities, Sea Colony offers a wonderful coastal getaway.

Please note that Plushy Host and the property owner are not responsible for community amenities that may be temporarily unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Starter supplies provided include toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing tablets, trash bags, dish soap, and basic cleaning supplies. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent are not provided. If you need more supplies during your stay guests will need to supply them.

For your comfort, one bath towel per registered guest is provided for the duration of your stay.

If you’d like to book a stay longer than 21 nights, just message us through the booking platform and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request. For stays over 21 nights, there’s a required mid-stay cleaning fee that guests are responsible for.

This home maintains a strict no-pet policy. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Unauthorized pets will result in a fee and may require immediate removal from the property.
