The beach access is only steps away! This comfy condo is located in the heart of The Boardwalk, in walking distance to the amusement park and many bars and restaurants. Bright and airy with recent updates and new furniture, you will be sure to find your perfect summer getaway at Haven. The beach is so close, you can run back and forth easily, and when you get enough sand for the day, you can relax in the community pool.



Ground Level:

Parking lot access for one vehicle, beach access across the street 1/2 block away, Boardwalk Entry 1/2 block away, pool, picnic area, stairwell to the property level.

Property Level: We are a second-floor condo. 

Living Room: 43-inch smart TV, 1 couch, 2 chairs, coffee table, ceiling fan, access to back deck.

Kitchen: full kitchen, seating for 6 at the counter.

Primary Bedroom Suite: TV, Kingsdown queen bed, ceiling fan, En-suite bathroom with vanity and shower/tub combo.

Guest Bedroom: TV, ceiling fan, twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed.

Bathroom: Vanity with shower/tub combo.

Deck: access from the living room, ocean views, 2 deck chairs.

Washer and dryer (located in the closet by the front door)

Parking: 1 assigned parking spot



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:

No pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
