- Private 3 bedroom Townhouse in Carolina Beach

- PERFECT LOCATION: Located across the street (not a busy street) from the beach with public access. Back deck and living room have peek-a-boo views of the beach. Corner Unit "I" (Northside of complex), nearest Carolina Beach BLVD.

-Access to the island greenway for walking/biking.

-Within a 10min walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, the famous BRITTS Donuts, shopping, and nightlife.

- Large second floor deck with outdoor sofas and lounge chairs.
-Outdoor shower
- All bedrooms are located on the top floor so your early risers won’t bother those sleeping in.

- Pet friendly for friendly pets! Please message us for pet approval PRIOR to booking. Non-refundable pet fee of $175 applies. Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted. Please review the house rules for our full pet policy.

-ONLY TWO VEHICLES ALLOWED AT ONE TIME.

- Full kitchen including a coffee pot, wine glasses, pots/pans, & dishes

- Well stocked with appliances (full size fridge, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer)

- Master bedroom includes a King bed.
- Second bedroom includes a bunk bed (two full size)
-Third bedroom includes a queen bed

- High-speed WiFi

- Flat screen, smart Roku TV's mounted in two of the bedrooms on swivel mounts (Netflix, Hulu, included). Large flatscreen TV in the living area, and we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services of provided.

- We supply bed linens & bath towels & Beach towels.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

cleaning not great on check in....floors a bit sandy and bar in kitchen sticky and bed covers looked like they had not been washed in a bitdoor handles need replaced all around the condo...salt water exposure has been tough on home over the years.....

Location is great. Value for money was great. Community pool is very small but clean and nice. There is one full bath on the floor with all three bedrooms. The other full bath is on the main floor, where the kitchen and living space are.

We enjoyed the townhouse. It was close to the beach, just across the street. It was the end unit I and had a small community pool. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bath which provided plenty of room. It was located just around 5 mins in car from Carolina Beach boardwalk shops and restaurants. We did buy a week long parking pass for Carolina Beach parking at the office in town. The townhouse provided a parking permit for the townhouse itself as well. We had a great time and would visit again.

Great Beach Getaway!

The property is exactly as described and just a quick walk to the beach, which is a bigger deal in this area than some. ALL beach parking when you are not staying right on the beach requires a $35 a day parking just to use the public access, so being just right there was a bigger advantage than we even knew. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and we did lose internet for half the stay, however, the host provided as much info as possible and had no control in the circumstance. I had a minor issue with the door lock and the host immediately contacted me to offer assistance and even checked in later to make sure things were okay. The place was and so comfy! The huge couch allowed us all to stretch out together and enjoy our family time. The kitchen had everything anyone would ever need. It felt more like home than a vacation place
in the best possible way. We plan on coming back and will come to this same place again!
