Location, Location, Location!  Just steps from the beachfront and boardwalk, Bella Casa is your home away from home in the heart of Carolina Beach.  With covered parking and beach gear to share, you will be ready to run right out to the beach just one row from your door. Restaurants, bars, and the summer amusement park are in the surrounding block, including the famous Fat Pelican and Kate’s Pancake House across the street. Leave the car parked all week and walk anywhere you need to be! Our home is designed for gracious, comfortable living with large, comfy, high-quality furniture and bedding. A bathroom for every bedroom ensures sleep time privacy and makes this the perfect beach rental to share with three small families!

Parking: Tight Parking, Small autos only! Long chassis trucks and SUVs will have to seek paid parking nearby, they cannot be accommodated in free parking.

Parking:

Tight Parking-Small autos only! Long chassis trucks and SUVs will have to seek paid parking nearby, they cannot be accommodated in free parking.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am.

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.



Guest Access:

Electronic entry.



House Rules:

No events such as weddings, bachelor's/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pet Policy:

One Dog under 80 lbs only. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property! Please refer to the listing for details.



The Neighborhood:

Adventure awaits on Pleasure Island. Exploring the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, home to incredible coastal wildlife, or take the scenic car ferry across the Cape Fear River for a relaxing visit to the charming town of Southport where quaint streets are filled with unique antique shops and galleries. History lovers can walk the scenic, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will love the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Both offer beautiful opportunities for hiking, paddling, fishing, and spotting pelicans or even nesting loggerhead sea turtles.



After a day outdoors, unwind on your private balcony with a sunset cocktail, or head into town to explore the best of Carolina Beach. In summer, enjoy weekly fireworks and live entertainment, carnival rides, family nights, and Flamingo BINGO. Off‑season brings signature island events like the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival. Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
