Beautiful and spacious beach cottage a short walk from the ocean

In a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the ocean is where you will find this beautiful 4 bedroom cottage with a fenced in back yard. It is beautifully decorated in warm pastel colors and is equipped with all the conveniences you would expect from home.
The back has a screened porch and a gas grill for your afternoon barbecues. The front porch has a swing to enjoy the warm Carolina summer evenings.
Within a short walk is the Carolina beach boardwalk with all the shops, entertainment, restaurants and of course the beautiful Atlantic Ocean!

Beautiful property in Carolina Beach

My family stayed at this property for our annual trip to Carolina Beach. It is a beautiful and very spacious house, well decorated, and situated in a nice location in CB. Looks and feels brand new! Easy check-in check-out process and the host was great to communicate with.

Family vacation

It was perfect!! So clean and spacious. Perfect fenced in yard for our puppy. A grill for a backyard picnic. We were able to walk to everything we needed. We did drive to the beach, but you can walk and there is a cart to carry all your things. Our family loved this stay!! The property manager responds immediately. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Girls Trip

The property is beautiful, well laid out with lots of room. Tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could want. (We loved having the wagon with all the beach stuff), and having a washer and dryer was a plus! It was an easy walk to the beach, and people in the community were very friendly. We would definitely recommend!

Can we stay forever?

This house was nothing short of GORGEOUS. It was the perfect mix of professional (without feeling sterile) and cozy (without feeling so personalized that you feel like you're intruding on someone's space). The bedrooms are wonderful, all of the furniture was quality (clearly NOT flat-pack, cheap-stuff-we-got-online). Everything was of the highest quality, including the cleaning! The location is great, and it really felt relaxing to have our own little retreat. And the house is perfectly positioned - an easy drive to a grocery store or pharmacy, and a short walk to the beach (with an ice cream place conveniently halfway between the beach and house!) . If real life did not require we head back, I would have stayed there forever! If we return to NC, we will return to this house without hesitation!

Sugarloaf Cottage A+

We loved our stay. So close to the boardwalk and beach. I bought grocery and didn’t have to move my car once. Great kitchen set up ready for cooking for my family. Our host was So responsive and it was just a pleasure full experience all around. They had a pack and play ready for us for our 11 month old. The backyard was perfect for us to play bubbles with the kids and just relax in the morning with a coffee. We are definitely making Carolina Beach an annual trip after the great time we had during our stay.

Fantastic Loacation

The house was cute and actually had more room than I anticipated. It was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was 10-15 minutes, and there were a lot of restaurants within a mile. The neighborhood was clean with a lot of cute beach houses. It was rainy and stormy the entire week. But, being in the house instead of a hotel saved our trip. The owners were very responsive and had great communication. Thanks for the great vacation.

The home is FANTASTIC! So many wonderful features and updated accommodations.

This stay was to celebrate/recognize the mutual 70th birthday celebrations this year for 7 mutual friends from high school. The accommodations were fantastic; the home is beautifully decorated; so many "creature-comforts" were supplied. We were thoroughly spoiled being together in this wonderful home. It is located very conveniently to the boardwalk.
