THE SPACE
LIVING ROOM

The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials including:

What items do we supply?
- Linens (4 bath towels per stay, bed linens, beach towels)
- Starter supply of: coffee, K-cups, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toiletry items (shampoo, hand and body soap).
- Please plan to bring any additional supplies that you will need for the entire duration of your stay. If you prefer to pick up supplies locally, there is a Food Lion grocery store 2 miles from the condo and a Publix grocery store 1.5 miles from the condo.

The host was very communicative and welcoming. The rental was exactly like pictures and very clean and tidy the small space was cozy and had everything needed for a short day or an extended day. While it was off-season, it was very affordable. I would definitely stay again.

It was a very comfortable apartment but I wish I had known it was on a third level. I have height issues and the stairs were somewhat difficult. Also, there was only one set of towels/washcloths per person. A second set would have been nice.

Perfect little condo

People always say this but I wish i could rate higher than 5 stars. The place was spotless and looked just like the photos. Ideal location, one block from the beach but not right in the middle of the busiest stretch of CB. Kelly's welcome guide answered every question I could possibly have. I only regret not booking a longer stay.

Cozy Weekend With Great Holiday Viewing

I loved this place. Very easy communication and instructions for arrival and departure. Everything was clean, and if you like cooking for yourself there is ample cookware available. Plenty of supplies for a long weekend stay. However, there are plenty of easy to access local restaurants if you'd rather do that. I had a great view of the holiday flotilla at Carolina Beach, being that there was a great view of the canal! This was a great stay, and I would definitely stay again.

Great property

This condo is super clean and beautifully appointed. It had everything I needed for my stay. Half a block to the beach and less than a mile to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Lovely views of the intercoastal and ocean. Perfect for one or two people.

At first our weekend stay seemed to be in jeopardy when our host reached out to us warning us of HOA-driven exterior maintenance beyond her control. She even offered to refund our money at the last minute but also offered very considerate accommodations if we decided to stay. We are so glad we went ahead with our plans. The condo is as nice or nicer than the pictures and the convenience to the beach is hard to beat. Our host had great communication with us and was concerned only about our comfort and enjoyment. If we didn’t know better we would think she even managed to arrange for the absolutely perfect weather while we were there. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

Perfect anniversary getaway

Very nice. Close walking distance to the beach. Very clean, nice kitchen with everything you need to cook and even had seasonings to use. Fridge was stocked with waters and essentials. Loved our stay, will definitely come back! Thank you!

Amazing Carolina Beach stay!

Located only a street away from Carolina Beach is Kelly and James' Condo. The pictures and amenities as described are accurate and the hosts have excellent communication before and throughout the stay. With a bedroom and a pull out couch, I HIGHLY recommend considering this location if you want someplace quiet, clean and comfortable all while being minutes away from everything you need! 10/10

Awesome condo for couple or couple/children.

Awesome location! Cozy condo for a couple or with children. We were on a college visit to UNCW with our daughter. It was fun to stay in a condo as nice as this one as opposed to a motel. We would rent this again. Helpful host checking in with us. Great experience.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo this weekend for a quick getaway and it was exactly what we were hoping for! This condo is beautiful, cozy, and had all the amenities of home you could ask for. It is a very short walk to the beach access and close to great shopping and restaurants. Kelly was great to communicate with and responsive to any needs. We will definitely be back in the future!
