A little further along the coast lies Carnoustie, a welcoming seaside town known worldwide for its championship golf course. Here, visitors can enjoy a range of local amenities including cafés, pubs, and independent shops, as well as a wide beachfront perfect for beachcombing, picnicking, or simply soaking up the sea air. The town is easily reached on foot or by bike, making The Carriage House an excellent base for exploring the area without needing a car.
