Gressingham 50 is a beautiful lodge in a fantastic location! The lodge has character in every room and feels homely as soon as you step through the door. Featuring 3 bedrooms the lodge is perfect for large families or groups of friends, with one double room including en suite and two good sized twin rooms. The kitchen and living area is all based around an open plan setting with an island in the kitchen creating additional space to enjoy your cooking. The living area opens up onto a large decking area with plenty of seating included, perfect for relaxing by the lake, the decking is glass fronted to prevent interruption to the lakeside views. There is a £100 security deposit to be paid on arrival.

Please note- there will be a £100 deposit (preferably with the same card used to book your break) requested upon arrival, this will be returned at the end of the holiday, subject to damage or loss. You will also need to bring proof of identification.

Please note the cost of Highchairs and Cots are £14 per week and £7 per short break each.

Pets are £45 per week and £35 per short break each.

Facilities

Please note the swimming pool policy requires children aged 16 and under to be accompanied into the pool by a parent or carer.

Please note the park won't be providing any towels

Please note that you will receive a pre-arrival call within 7 days of your stay. During this call, a refundable payment will be taken over the phone. This amount will be returned within 3–5 working days after check-out, provided no damages occur and all keys are returned.
