Appreciate nature in other ways like a stroll through a nearby park or hiking on one of the many scenic trails. Play a game of traditional golf or give disc golf a try at the Tahoe Vista Disc Golf Course. If you're feeling more active, head south for some tennis close to the water or Truckee River Rafting for an adventure everyone can enjoy together. Tahoe City is six-and-a-half miles away, Kings Beach is less than four miles away, and you'll find restaurants and mini-golf available within walking distance. Winter guests will also be close to ski resorts that include Alpine Meadows, Palisades Tahoe, and Northstar California Resort.

Kick back in the living room at your cordial condo while watching your favorite shows with the fireplace on to keep you cozy. For another way to stay warm while relaxing, soak in the shared hot tub. Use the kitchen's amenities to brew a cup of coffee or make a meal to eat at the dining area. Feel free to also use the gas grill on the balcony to take in the outdoor air while searing a meal for the group. When the evening comes to a close, take advantage of the home's luxe bedroom accommodations to blissfully drift off to sleep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
