The main living area, filled with natural light from expansive windows that showcase peaceful tree views, features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a large L-shaped couch, and 2 chairs, creating an inviting space for gathering. The open-concept design flows into the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with sleek, updated appliances, a high-top table, and bar seating for 4. Step outside onto the expansive deck, where 2 outdoor dining tables, lounge seating, and a hot tub provide the perfect setting for barbecues, evening drinks, or unwinding after a day of adventure. During warmer months, the deck extends the living space, offering fresh mountain air and partial lake views.

The neighborhood is a true outdoor playground, offering hiking, mountain biking, and sledding trails just a 3-minute walk from the front door. In winter, enjoy cross-country skiing and snowmobiling on these trails, while in the summer, they transform into ideal paths for hiking, biking, or dirt biking. For more thrilling outdoor experiences, youâre only an 8-minute drive from the Tahoe Nordic Cross Country Center and within 20 minutes of top ski resorts like Palisades Tahoe and Northstar.
During the warmer months, explore the scenic Tahoe Rim Trail or relax at Carnelian West Beach, just 6 minutes away. If some in your group prefer less outdoor activity, Tahoe City is a quick 10-minute drive away, offering boutique shops, restaurants, bars, farmers markets, and live music.
Getting Around:
The home is just under a mile from the nearest public transportation stop on Tahoe's system, called TART. This stop is located on the Mainline at Hwy 28 and Lardin Way, running every hour along the western shore of Lake Tahoe, from Tahoma to Incline Village on the north shore. You can also take advantage of the home's close-driving proximity to Tahoe City and make the short 10-minute drive to the FREE park and ride, which services locations like Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. The homeâs excellent location provides quick access to the main highway, allowing you to explore many beautiful areas within a short drive. In the winter, hit the ski slopes at Northstar Ski Resort or Palisades Tahoe Ski Resorts, both a 20-minute drive away, or make the 8-minute drive to Tahoe City Nordic Center for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.
Tahoe also offers Uber, Lyft, and many taxi services.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasnât snowed in a few days.
Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.
