Recently remodeled, the home features new flooring, updated bathrooms, and a refreshed kitchen, creating a bright and welcoming space for your Tahoe getaway. The open living area showcases soaring A-frame ceilings and abundant natural light, making it an ideal place to gather with family or friends after a day outdoors.



Upstairs you'll find a spacious primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat with views of the surrounding trees.



Downstairs are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the second includes a bunk bed plus a twin bed, making it ideal for kids or extra guests. A second full bathroom is also located on the main level for convenience.



Step outside onto the large south-facing deck, a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon sun in the Sierra. After a day skiing, hiking, or exploring Lake Tahoe, relax and unwind in the private hot tub under the mountain sky.



Additional amenities include a two-car garage, high-speed internet, washer/dryer, BBQ (summer season), and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils—everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Situated in the desirable Agate Bay subdivision, the cabin is surrounded by peaceful forested streets with easy access to hiking and biking trails, including connections to the Tahoe Rim Trail. You’re just 5 minutes from Carnelian Bay beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores, and 15–30 minutes from world-class ski resorts including Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, and Alpine Meadows.



Whether you're visiting Tahoe for skiing, lake days, hiking, or simply relaxing in the mountains, this updated A-frame cabin provides the perfect home base.



Important:

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
