Carnelian West Beach is another great swimming spot, just a 4-minute drive away. In winter, youâre 13 minutes from Northstar, 25 minutes from Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, and 12 minutes from Tahoe City Nordic Center, perfect for XC skiing or snowshoeing on National Forest trails.
