Located in one of Carmel's most desired areas you'll fall in love with this beautifully upgraded home with it's open floor plan.

This exclusive residence requires a 30-night minimum stay



The Space:

The main house features an open floor plan that's great for large gatherings.  Open and bright with a wall of large windows. 



Plenty of windows fills the home with lots of natural sunlight. Complete professional-grade kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a center island for entertaining.



This three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom home of 2.400+ sq. ft. and an additional two story, 2bd, 2ba, 2 living room guest house rests on a lot with epic views of the valley.



A formal dining room with stunning views of the mountains and Carmel Valley.  



The Main house also includes three (3) bedrooms and three (3) full bathrooms,



You'll enjoy the back patio both morning and night, so bring your coffee or wine and enjoy the views.

The are is world renown for spectacular coastlines, unique coastal communities, and rich marine life. The village of Carmel-by-the-Sea charms visitors with forested streets and the old English inspired architecture of Hugh Comstock that looks as if it would be at home in the pages of a Fairy Tale. Carmel City Beach is famous for its beautiful white-sand, dog-friendly beach and surfing. The performing arts are alive and well, with concerts and plays at the Golden Bough Theatre, Sunset Center and outdoor Forest Theatre. County of Monterey Transient Occupancy Registration Certificate # 001819



Monterey County Ordinance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.



In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property or a neighboring home may have electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.



The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations

of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive

information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.

What a beautiful home! Excellent views, immaculate, spacious, comfortable & well appointed.We had 9 family members staying here for a family wedding. It's a great location. Very convenient to go into Carmel proper or to go into the Valley to get to the event venue.We cooked multiple meals and I will say it's probably the best stocked kitchen in any rental we've stayed in.The ping pong & pool tables were a lot of fun. The patio furniture & fire tables were very comfortable. The EV charger was much appreciated. All of the luggage stands in the bedrooms were a much appreciated touch.Over all, a very nice stay in an incredible home.

FABULOUS home in Carmel, CA

We absolutely LOVED this property! It is in a perfect location that is central to everything. Spacious, clean, well stocked and safe. The beds are very comfortable (which can make or break your vacation.) Plenty of space inside and out for our large group. One note: 2 of the bedrooms are in a guest house located next to the patio. It works well for adults traveling together but might be a little tricky with small children. All in all - it was perfect for our mother/daughter trip and we hope to stay in this gorgeous home again!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view. Plenty of room for two families. Great location. The property management company was so easy to work with. Plenty of suggestions for what was nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

Dreamy Carmel retreat

I rented this house for a group of friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. Everyone loved the place, which was comfortable, offered lots of places to relax and entertain, and was very well appointed. All the beds were very comfortable! I give my highest recommendation without reservations.

Wonderful family getaway

We would highly recommend staying at this house. It was a beautiful design with bright windows and views. The layout was great, kitchen was well stocked, beds comfy, and everything was very clean and had high quality linens and furniture. It also worked well having a small toddler. Absolutely delightful!
