Located off the scenic Pacific Coast Highway and at one of the greatest meetings of land and sea. Enjoy blue vistas by day and stunning sunsets each evening from your home-away-from-home.

Soak away your cares in the hot tub after spending the day exploring the central California Coast. Scenic drives, world-class golfing, restaurants to please every Foodie, hikes and tours for nature-lovers, boutique shopping and more await you.

This multi-level 2,880 sf home has space for everyone. With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this is the perfect home for three couples traveling together and many family configurations. The wrap-around deck will lure you outside where ocean vistas can be fully appreciated.

Living Spaces
Lofty ceilings with skylights and walls of windows facing the ocean bring an abundance of light into the home. Wood floors grace the main living spaces while Saltillo tile adorns the floors of the kitchen and the lower level media room. Some walls and ceilings are accented with wood paneling which brings a cozy warmth to this spacious home.
The slightly sunken living room is on the main level near the kitchen. It boasts full ocean views, TV, comfortable furnishings around the wood burning fireplace and direct access to the wrap-around upper deck with seating options which looks out over the oaks.
A small family room seating area is located near the kitchen so you can hang out with the chef.
A separate media room with TV, comfy furniture and a game table is located on the lowest level of the home (17 total steps down from the living room).

Kitchen and Dining
The immaculate gourmet Kitchen is something out of a chef's dream with the large center island, double wall ovens and stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner gas range and two-drawer dishwasher. The dining area has an ocean view.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three bedrooms have cozy wall to wall carpet, large closets and convenient built-in desks.
Bedroom #1 is located four steps up from the living area and has a king bed, TV, wood burning fireplace, walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a tiled standing shower, dual vanity, and a small ocean view deck with a bench.
Two bedrooms are on the lower level (11 steps from the living areas) along with a full bathroom with a shower-over tub combination.
Bedroom #2 has a California king bed.
Bedroom #3 has a California king bed and access to a private ocean view deck with 2 rocking chairs.
A full bath with standing shower is located on the upper level near the living areas.

A dedicated laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink is located on the lower level.

Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Please note that the yard is not fenced.

A two car garage is available for guest parking and the long driveway can hold 4+ vehicles. A three-prong 220v outlet for charging your electric vehicle (EV) is on hand. Guests should bring their own cord and adapter as needed.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
