Enchanted Forest is located between downtown Carmel by-the-Sea and Carmel Point. You can walk to many Carmel area attractions including the Mission Trail Park, Carmel's Mission Bassilica, Sunset Center and, of course, the dog-friendly Carmel beach.

Living Space
As you approach this home through the gated property and wind up the gravel pathways to the front door, you will open it into the bright living room that has a gas fireplace and cable TV. The attractive sectional sofa has a full sized sleeper inside. This perfect 1,377 sf beach house has wood floors and homey touches throughout in addition to games and activities for the entire family. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all of the comforts of home, granite counter tops, and has a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional drip coffee pot. The kitchen even holds the laundry center for ultimate efficiency.

The kitchen has a dutch door that opens into the large back patio with patio furniture, gas fire pit, a large propane BBQ grill, and ping pong table. The back patio is private and fully fenced, and features a large hot tub.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a double sink vanity.
Bedroom #2 has a split king bed and direct access to the back patio area with the hot tub.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a comfortable upholstered armchair with matching ottoman and a small desk with desk chair. This bedroom looks out on the front garden area.

Additionally, the living room has a full/double sleeper sofa perfect for a weekend guest.

Very well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
The yard is fenced. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the home or alone outside at any time.

Single car garage and off street parking in the driveway is available. Beach toys and a wagon for trips to the beach are stored in the garage along with beach chairs and a cooler. Pack up the kids and head to the beach!

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
