A sense of calm and refinement captivate you as you enter this elegantly-appointed 2,282-square-foot home in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea. Set on a spacious, meticulously-landscaped lot with fenced front and back yards, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers both privacy and proximity to all that this charming seaside village has to offer.
Living Spaces
The spaciousness of this luxury homeâs main floor is enhanced by vaulted ceilings adorned with rich, dark wood beams and trestles, and ample windows and skylights that invite in the natural light.
The living room is expansive yet comfortable with furniture in neutral tones and a handsome rug that adds color and warmth. The gas fireplace is surrounded by Carmel stone and a 55â TV with cable is mounted above the mantel.
Double French doors open onto the welcoming front stone patio. Set with six chairs around a gas fire pit with plumbed propane, itâs the perfect spot to sit and soak up the sun or bask in the warmth of the fire. Well-equipped for extended stays! A half-bath is just off the living room/dining room for convenience.
Kitchen and Dining
The spacious, gourmet kitchen features stone countertops and Viking appliances. A built-in microwave as well as Keurig and drip coffee makers, an electric tea kettle and a toaster are also at the ready.
The large center island seats 2 and is an ideal gathering spot for preparing meals or entertaining. Ask us about A Party for Your Paletteâa local chef service that can cook with you or for you. Itâs a great way to explore local cuisine while enjoying time with family and friends.
The living room flows seamlessly into the dining room that features a solid wood table with 8 chairs. French doors open onto a small deck where youâll find a gas grill conveniently plumbed with propane and access to the lower back patio with dining table and chairs.
When you want to dine out, you'll have many local options for exceptional fare.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Luxury linens, towels and amenities are provided.
Upstairs along with the living spaces, Bedroom #1 is a primary suite featuring a king-size bed, 48â TV with Comcast cable, a gas fireplace and a walk-in closet. French doors open onto a balcony that overlooks a stone patio.
Pamper yourself in the spa-like en suite bath that features a large soaking tub, roomy shower, dual vanities and a separate water closet.
Two guest bedrooms and the den are located on the lower level:
Bedroom #2 - King bed.
Bedroom #3 - Queen bed.
Each guest bedroom has plush carpet and access to the back patio.
The den/media room has a queen sleeper sofa, a 65â TV and a kitchenette with a wine fridge, sink and a microwave.
The downstairs bathroom has a shower-over tub combination.
Itâs a short walk to downtown where youâll find wine tasting venues, gourmet grocers and delis, world-class restaurants, shops and art galleries. Catch a performance at the historic Sunset Center or outdoor Forest Theater. Stroll down Ocean Avenue and visit nearby beaches.
Off-street parking for 1-2 cars on the stone-paved driveway. On-street parking is generally available in front of the home. The garage is not available to guests.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
