Beautiful Pendine Manor House in West Wales

Pendine Manor is the ideal location for a getaway with friends and family, offering breathtaking views of Pendine Sands beyond to Worms Head and the Gower Peninsula. A spacious property which sleeps 20 people across 9 bedrooms, there is much to keep everyone entertained at the Manor.

Throughout the Manor you will see many of its original Victorian features including stone walls, hard wood floors, and authentic fireplaces. The Victorian architecture and grandeur of the building are immediately apparent as you enter through the front door into the reception. Pendine Manor is a fitting location for entertaining with its high windows and striking features.

On the ground floor you will come across the snug, which has a generous flat-screen TV and French doors that open out onto a sunny patio. The snug is the ideal place to take in the glorious views. Complete with a large table and chairs, the patio offers the perfect space for you to dine al fresco should you choose to do so.

The kitchen, dining area, and living area are open and generously spaced. With an American style fridge freezer, two dishwashers and a washing machine, the kitchen comes fully equipped to meet your needs. The living room provides ample seating and further access to the glorious patio. A comfortable cinema room with a 92" projector and two sofas to curl up on can also be found on the ground floor. The ground floor comes with two restrooms and a small breakfast room benefiting from delightful Victorian woodwork and impressive views across the sands.

Located on the first floor are five en-suite bedrooms. Of these five bedrooms, three are complete with super king beds with the other two providing king sized beds. Two of these bedrooms come with the added benefit of a rolltop bathtub.

On the second floor you will come across a further four bedrooms. Once again, all bedrooms on the second floor have their own bathroom. The main bedroom on the second floor has a super-king bed as well as its own sitting space and balcony with a table and chairs, allowing you to relax and take in the magnificent scenery. Two king-size rooms and a quadruple room with four single beds make up the remaining three rooms.

The benefits of the property do not end there. Situated outside the Manor is a games room, with a pool table and TV and a hot tub for your enjoyment.

Nestled between the home town of the poet Dylan Thomas, Laugharne and the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal path its perfect location is the gateway to Pembrokeshire and all its amenities.
