Perfect Location

We stayed here for a work trip and it was the perfect location and perfect space. Tons of room for everyone and each bedroom having their own bathroom was ideal. Communication was timely with the hosts and we never had an issue the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We throughly enjoyed our time at this property. Being able to walk to great food and shops is a major plus. We had great communication with the property management company, and they made sure everything went well for us. Being on right on the beach added to the reason we picked this property. We hope to be back in the future.

Family getaway

The house was beautiful. A little short on silverware and cutting boards were dirty but they immediately sent us new fresh replacements and the house was otherwise immaculate.

Great location right on the beach. Perfect sunsets. Good gathering spaces. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Could use better shades for deck facing bedrooms and more closet space in the bedrooms. But a great space. We all had a wonderful time.

Excellent Location, beautiful home!

We rented this home with two other families and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Carlsbad. The home is very centrally located, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The beach front location is beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking for 16 people. Having three washer/dryers was very helpful as well. My only recommendation would be that beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys also be included.

Let's go to the BEEECH!

We had a wonderful family reunion week at this incredible beach house. The house met all our needs because we cooked in, walked for coffee, had a lot of beach time playing volleyball, baseball, spike ball and lots of time in the water. Since our family goes various places every 2 years, this was voted the best ever! The only challenge was lots of steps to the beach. Not recommended for weak knees!

Great location

We really enjoyed this stay. All the bedrooms and bathrooms made it so comfortable. The biggest issue was the windows were very dirty. Normally not a huge problem but you are paying for the view of the ocean. Also had issues with entry codes when we first got there but a few calls resolved the issue.

We loved the location ( walk to town), the beach was spectacular and we loved the front room where we could see the kids surfing. Loved the hot tub too. I had to call a few times for some questions and the people were very nice and responsive. We'd love to plan another trip here with the family in a few years.

The beach access and views were awesome and there were plenty of places to get privacy or quiet time if needed. The biggest downside is that the stairs to the beach are very steep and can be difficult for older people. The path from the stairs to the beach was also a little narrow which could be challenging. Overall our family loved this house and we had a wonderful family vacation.

The location of the home is great. The 51 steps from the beach is daunting when returning with beach gear. The home is in need of repairs. Torn cushions for example. But the number of guestrooms and baths were ideal. Site says it has everything you need for a TG dinner, not true. Reps were responsive to needs. No central ac was a problem on 80+ degrees days. Overall a decent house given the location. meal. Not true. Reps eere

With 9 bedrooms and 9 baths, everyone had their own bed and privacy. The kitchen provided all the necessities. The BBQ, jacuzzi and firepit were put to good use. We would have preferred the deck be outside the living area instead of the bedroom floor, but, we enjoyed many a beer and cocktail gazing at the sunsets. We would recommend this property to friends.

The views are awesome and the fire pit on the top patio was especially nice for the cool evenings. Being right ON THE BEACH was great for families who needed to keep an eye on the little ones. Games of volleyball, beach baseball and spikeball were enjoyed by the adult children. The only caution for future renters is the number of steps to the beach from the house. Weak knees can find them a challenge.

Thanksgiving in Carlsbad

Great location on a wonderful beach. House is worn down a bit, but overall has what you need to have a great time. The listing is not very easy to follow, know that you are in a multi-unit complex and share a gate, stairs, etc. with other tenants. The patios are partitioned off per unit, but it's a bit of an awkward set up with others so close to you. We're used to more privacy at this price point, so it's something to be aware of. Also, the house is a complete management booking property - not a single beach toy, let alone chairs, umbrellas, etc. We much prefer to not have to schlep our stuff from home. Overall a good stay but not for those looking for complete privacy.

This year we switched it up and found this gem in Carlsbad. It was exactly as described and more than we expected. It sits right on the beach overlooking the water with multiple areas to sit outside and enjoy the ocean. There's a myriad of restaurants within walking distance as well as bars and shops. You've got great coast towns either direction 5-10min drive. House was perfect, clean and described exact. Plenty of space for 12 guys to spread out and enjoy. Had good communication with property management leading up to vacation as well.
