I do not understand the excellent rating that so many people have given this condo. I want to be honest so you can make up your mind accurately. There were good parts to staying in this condo for 13 days, and I will list them. Then I will give the parts that are not good. The kitchen was adequately supplied. Coffee was included, as was creamer and sugar. The patio and deck were wonderful. It was nice to have this private area. The free laundry facility was great, although one of the washers didn't want to start. The parking was horrendous for this unit. The living room was small and dark with a dirty, uncomfortable sofa. No lamps anywhere to be found. This is a tripping hazard. The bathroom is on the opposite end of the condo from the bedroom which was very inconvenient. The bed is uncomfortable. The louvers on the patio door fell off frequently when the blinds were open or closed. The bathroom is very small, and no hooks to hang clothes or towels. The bathroom was clean, and adequate towels were supplied. The noise from the upstairs condo was loud. A couple with 3 children were staying above us, and we could hear stomping, running, and yelling. The host was easy to contact, and they responded quickly anytime we called.
