Two barbecue grills on the front yard is shared with other guests (total 4 units in the building). Our fill kitchen includes basic cookware, utensils, and dishes. Guests can use the washer and dryer inside the unit or the community machines in the laundry room. We are a Non-Smoking Property. There is no smoking inside or outside on our property. Including the balconies.
