Ideal for working professionals or leisure guests simply visiting the area. We are a stones throw away from the Lake District beauty spots and just shy of the Scottish border.
With centuries of history, a bustling food and drink scene, local markets and even castles - Carlisle City has something for everyone!
Newly built and just finished in 2024 - our 1st floor luxury apartment oozes style and sophistication. Furnished with high quality pieces locally sourced from Carlisle designers and companies, this spacious apartment is truly a home from home.
The Apartment Building;
Located off London Road, just 1 mile from the City Centre, the apartment building has free off road parking for the duration of your stay. The apartment building has an intercom system should you want to welcome any guests during your stay and a large lift to take you up to the first floor.
The Apartment;
In the open plan living / kitchen / dining area, you'll find a large comfortable sofa, footstool and luxurious armchair to relax after a day shopping, sightseeing or working! The wall hung Smart TV has all you need to catch up on your favourite shows. The dining table can entertain up-to 4 guests and a fully equipped kitchen awaits, with all the necessary appliances to prepare homemade meals or enjoy local Carlisle cuisine at home. The modern and spacious apartment is fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay.
The master suite has a kingsize bed with hotel grade linen and features a walk in wardrobe for you to hang your belongings. A smart TV is hung on the wall should you want to cosy up in bed and watch some of your favourite programmes. The shower ensuite is modern and finished with a large light up LED mirror designed to brighten up your day. This stylish master suite has a large Juliette balcony that gives a light and airy feel.
The second bedroom also has a kingsize bed and features a walk in wardrobe. A smart TV hangs on the wall should your guests want their own space. Similar to the master suite, the room has a large Juliette balcony window. You will wake up feeling refreshed after a goodnights sleep in these tranquil and calming bedrooms.
The main bathroom is modern and spacious fit with a bath if you decide to unwind and have a soak. Quality towels are provided.
Free wifi is available throughout the Apartment to keep you feeling connected.
