Pared Isaf is a large modern bungalow that offers warmth and extreme comfort to its guests, boasting a blend of high quality modern furnishings and beautiful bespoke pieces. Located on Gwbert Road, a quiet stetch of 20mph road leading from Cardigan Town out to the beautiful coastline of Patch and Gwbert. Pared Isaf is just a short walk from Cardigan Town Centre and about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the river estuary at Patch.
Inside Pared Isaf, guests will enjoy the open-plan lounge and dining area with electric fire, a large modern kitchen, a handy utility / laundry room and a small toilet room. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hobs, toaster, kettle, high chair and a good range of cookware and utensils. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Pared Isaf sleeps 6 people in three charming bedrooms, one furnished with a king bed, one with a double bed and a twin room with two single beds. The main family bathroom is a fully-equipped modern shower room. Bathroom towels are provided.
Parking is on a private driveway and accommodate two to three cars in front of the cottage. It offers good accessibility to the property with level access to the main entrance, with just two small steps into the front hall. The back garden has a large flat patio and lawn area that is fully enclosed.
Entertainment is on offer with a smart TV and free WiFi, plus there is table tennis if you fancy something a little more energetic.

Getting there
To reach SA43 1PH (Cardigan, Pembrokeshire/Ceredigion border), follow these directions from the main routes into West Wales:
From the M4, leave at Junction 49 (Pont Abraham) and take the A48 towards Carmarthen. Continue onto the A40 west, then take the A484 north towards Cardigan. Follow the road into Cardigan town.
If travelling from North Wales, take the A487 south through Aberystwyth and continue directly into Cardigan. From the south (Fishguard area), follow the A487 north into Cardigan.
Once in Cardigan, follow signs for the town centre and local roads towards the SA43 1PH area. As the town has narrow streets and one-way systems, it’s best to use a sat nav for the final approach.
