Take a stroll along the tree lined street towards Llandaff fields and find an array of quaint coffee shops and independently owned restaurants bars and eateries. As well as the Love Light healing Hub, where you can grab a coffee and some relaxing treatments all at the same time.

The apartment backs on to Sophia Gardens and Bute park/Castle Grounds perfect for a run around for the kids or stroll into the city centre

Catch a water taxi to Cardiff Bay and explore the barrage, laid back restaurants or catch a show at the WMC.

The street is very long and there is free parking along the road.

The apartment is within walking distance to Sophia Gardens the National Express drop off point .

The apartment is walking distance into town and there are buses that can take you into Cardiff Bay .

We may sometimes ask for a security deposit if you have no reviews from other hosts.
For the safety of our guests and to ensure that our property is looked after when it is vacant we have CCTV at the front of our house overlooking the driveway.
Please note that there is no CCTV anywhere inside the property.

As stated this house is strictly not for parties and although we do not want to spoil your fun it is important for us to mention that if more people arrive at the property than expected they will be either charged an extra person fee or respectfully an politely asked to leave.

We may require a refundable security deposit - if you are new to Airbnb or you have no reviews, we may require a £250 refundable security deposit for your stay. We will always inform you at the earliest convenience if this is something that we will require for your stay.
