A Sanctuary to Share

The caravan was a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of moving house for a couple of days. It gave us a very comfortable, clean base, which was well equipped and had hidden extras we weren't expecting. Tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries you wouldn't expect in self catering. The beds were comfy and the large fluffy towels appreciated. The view was wonderful looking out over Pebble Beach, Nells Point at Barry and the Bristol Channel each day. The host Nicky was very prompt providing information.

I booked to stay 2 nights whilst assisting family to move house. Nicky our host was very helpful and provided lots of clear instructions and directions to the caravan.The property itself was very well presented with lots of luxurious touches you wouldn't expect to find except in an hotel. From fluffy bath towels, tea, coffee, sugar to bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner. The caravan was well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy and cosy with the caravan well heated for this time of year.Plenty of parking was available, a few steps from the door and views across the Bristol channel were stunning.I would recommend this location for visits to South Wales, Cardiff Airport and the sandy beaches within a few miles drive.

A very nice location and charming atmosphere. A bit concern about messages from the Alexa device about visitors at the front door?? What was that device also doing??? And owner/staff should check cleanlyness of cutlery, plates and co as we found plenty of items greasy and partly uncleaned... fir example spoon with jam (blackcurrant we assume...) was only licked clean and not washed in any kind of meaning.... So we washed everything we wanted to use in advance. But in sum, we enjoyed our stay. Location and view is great!
